Yes, the Thermowell and top burner pilots are piped from the Pilot Filter on the Manifold. There is a partial diagram on page 6 titled Pilot Filter and you can see a little of the piping in the center of figure 9 on page 10.

My 90C came partially disassembled so I don't know exactly where things go- even with the service manual. I'm putting the manifold, valves and flash tubing back together. It looks like the gas travels up the pipe, passes the filter and goes directly to the valves. How does the gas get to the burner/thermowell pilots when the valves are off? Does it come off the filter on the manifold? I'm stumped. Maybe I'm missing some parts? Is it so obvious that I just don't see it? Thanks for your help.

Yep, all the pilot tubes and fittings are that odd size. Jack at TOAC has some kind of replacement tubing and fittings, but I have never seen his, so can't say wether it is ok or not. He's a good stoveman, so I would guess that it is ok. Jack is proud of his stuff, so it might be pricy. I have a few new ferrules and nuts, but mine are pricy because I had to pay toooooo much for them! Oh, yes, if you install the oven safety, you can use the old pilot tubing. You'll just need the fittings.

Thanks Sammy. That's what I thought. Problem is, I don't have the tubing or fittings. Please don't tell me this is the impossible to find 5/32 tubing. If it is, I can use the oven tube when I put in the safety system, but where can I get the fittings?

Yep, Those are the correct ones. They will get to you on shipping. I bought 12 nuts and 10 ferrules for 19.90, but they charged me 7.50 to ship 3 oz. of brass. I think they also have the tubing in copper.

Yes. They do have the copper tubing. If i need it, is it ok to use? The guy at the hardware store said you can use it but, it isn't as good. What does that mean?

I don't think that the use of copper tubing would be a problem. At one time, there were additives in LP gas that would react with copper and cause a scale to form in the inside of the tube. Then, the scale would flake off, cloging the small orifices. I think that the current LP in now a mixture of propane and butane, with very little else. It is unlikely that the old problem causing additives are still being used. In any case, if the pilots get clogged because of scale, just clean them out.
